Provides an adaptive 10/100/1000Mbps dual-row pin interface to instantly extend network connectivity to multiple devices.

Since all ports support Auto-MDI/MDIX, there is no need to worry about the type of cable to use.

Designed for industrial environments

This is an 5-port 1000 Mbps purely domestic dual-row pin easy smart switch module designed for working environments. Strictly designed in accordance with the operating temperature of -40℃~85℃, selected industrial-grade devices and natural heat dissipation method are adopted to ensure the stable operation of the equipment for a long time in this temperature range and satisfy various kinds of harsh environments.


High and low temperature testing methods:

1) Duration in the high and low temperature chamber 48 hours

2) Test whether computer ping will be lost (loss rate within 1% is normal)

3) The appearance and function of the samples were checked after 4h of recovery at room temperature.

Startup Stability Performance Test

All-round control to ensure the stability, reliability and performance of product start-up.


Test approach:

1) Power failure reboot ping test (6 products in series - 12V)

Power failure restart test 100 times, each time normal start, normal function.

2) Power failure reboot ping test (individual products - 6V/9V/12V)

Power failure restart each test 25 times, each time normal start, normal function.

3) Actual network testing  (6 products in series and single)

a. Observe the status of the lighted lamps, whether the product indicator lamp (yellow lamp) is fully lighted and then extinguished, and whether the yellow lamp blinks after connecting to the port.

b. Use your cell phone to connect to the appropriate WiFi MAC code, and use the “Internet Speed Test”app to start the test to check the actual delay, download, and upload.

c. After the test, perform a power-down restart, and so on, for 3 tests.

Test conclusion: normal start, up and down speed are within the standard range, normal function.
