Eliminate Bandwidth Bottlenecks: 8×2.5G Ports + Dual 10G Optical Ports
The YN-IES1010 is equipped with 8×10/100/1000/2500Mbps auto-adaptive PoE electrical ports and 2×10Gbps SFP+ optical ports.
• Backward Compatible, Upward Aggregating: The electrical ports seamlessly support 100M and gigabit devices, and can directly connect to 2.5G HD IPCs, industrial cameras, and high-speed APs. The dual 10G optical ports serve as uplink aggregation, supporting long-distance fiber networking and thoroughly resolving uplink bandwidth congestion caused by multiple concurrent devices.
• Non-Blocking Forwarding: Provides 80Gbps switching capacity and 44.64Mpps packet forwarding rate (wire-speed forwarding of 64-byte small packets), adopts store-and-forward mode, with a MAC address table of up to 16K, supporting automatic learning and aging.
• Worry-Free Large File Transfer: Supports 10KB jumbo frames, perfectly adapting to large-file video streams and high-traffic NAS transmission, reducing packet loss and stuttering.
• Minimalist Deployment: Supports IEEE 802.3af/at PoE standards, with up to 30W power supply per port. Network cables transmit both data and power simultaneously, greatly simplifying on-site cabling. Plug-and-play unmanaged design, supports Auto-MDI/MDIX automatic cable sequence detection (both straight-through and crossover cables can be used directly), full-duplex IEEE802.3x flow control and half-duplex backpressure flow control. Works immediately upon power-up with zero configuration threshold.
Withstand Harsh Environments: Rugged Industrial-Grade Hardware Reinforcement
Embedded projects often face severe on-site challenges: limited internal space causing heat dissipation difficulties, wide temperature variations across seasons, industrial power fluctuations or even reverse polarity connection, and frequent electrostatic and surge interference. To address these complex operating conditions, the YN-IES1010 makes no compromises and has been reinforced to industrial-grade standards across all dimensions—from component selection and PCB processes to structural design:
• Ultra-Wide Operating Temperature: Supports -40°C to 85°C wide-temperature operation and storage. Whether in freezing outdoor cabinets or high-temperature sealed enclosures, it ensures long-term stable operation.
• Multiple Power and ESD Protections: Supports 12–57V wide-voltage DC input, perfectly adapting to various industrial power supplies. Features reverse polarity protection (no damage from incorrect connection), short-circuit and overcurrent protection, and 4KV surge protection. ESD protection reaches up to 8KV, comfortably handling electrostatic impacts in industrial environments.
• Fanless Silent Cooling: No moving parts, completely eliminating the risk of downtime caused by fan failure. Low-heat operation greatly reduces the overall heat dissipation burden (average power consumption only 8–10W, maximum 15W, excluding PoE external output power).
• High-Reliability Materials: PCB adopts chemical nickel-gold (ENIG) process for excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance. Selected high-specification, long-life industrial capacitors significantly extend the unit's service life. High-standard EMC electromagnetic protection design ensures immunity to complex electromagnetic environments such as factories and power facilities.
Flexible Integration: Core Module + Carrier Board Split Architecture
To meet the needs of different customers, the YN-IES1010 adopts a highly flexible modular design:
• Core Switch Module: Measuring only 42×42×18.3mm (with heat sink) and weighing just 24.7g, it is extremely compact and ideal for embedding inside customers' own equipment.
• Complete Carrier Board: When paired with the carrier board, the complete unit measures 115×112×31mm, allowing customers to use it directly as a finished module.
The module and carrier board connect via a high-speed connector. Customers can either purchase the complete carrier board assembly for direct use, or purchase the core switch module separately for secondary integration into their own equipment's PCB mainboard. This design greatly reduces overall development difficulty and shortens project R&D cycles.
