It features 5 Gigabit Ethernet ports to meet the wired access requirements of onboard devices such as multiple cameras and PLC control units. Supporting concurrent 2.4GHz/5GHz dual-band operation with a maximum data rate of 1800Mbps, it is capable of carrying simultaneous transmission of high-definition video streams and large volumes of sensor data. The operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 65°C, with 8KV ESD and 2KV surge protection. Its compact dimensions of just 89×79×22.5mm and lightweight design of 110g (including heat sink) enable flexible deployment in space-constrained environments such as AGV bodies and robotic arm control cabinets. In industrial settings where movement, vibration, temperature variations, and electromagnetic interference coexist, it has one mission: to reliably deliver your data.


Self-Developed Dual-Band Roaming Technology


The performance of wireless roaming directly impacts the communication experience of mobile devices. The YN-MXCPE1800R is equipped with self-developed enhanced dual-band roaming technology. While in operation, the device continuously evaluates the signal quality of surrounding APs and pre-establishes backup associations with target APs that exhibit better signal strength. When the current link quality degrades, service traffic can be seamlessly switched to the backup link, significantly reducing communication interruption windows caused by scanning and re-authentication processes.

Leveraging the triple mechanisms of dual-band coordination, intelligent AP selection, and pre-association fast handover, the YN-MXCPE1800R effectively ensures the continuity and real-time performance of data transmission even in complex environments with shelf obstructions and signal fluctuations. This mechanism is effective in both Client mode and Client-Router mode.


Industrial-Grade Hardware


· Temperature & Component Selection: Designed for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 65°C, the device employs industrial-grade components and a passive cooling structure, making it suitable for scenarios such as outdoor cabinets, high-temperature workshops, and cold-chain warehouses. The storage temperature is rated up to 85°C. The PCB features an ENIG (Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold) surface finish and utilizes high-grade, long-life capacitors and other industrial-grade components, ensuring long-term operational reliability from the ground up.

· Electrical Protection: With ESD protection up to 8KV and surge protection up to 2KV, combined with high-level EMC immunity, the device maintains robust interference margin in industrial environments with frequent motor start/stop cycles and dense frequency converter operation.

· Power Protection: Integrated multiple protection mechanisms including reverse polarity, short-circuit, overcurrent, and surge protection. It supports a wide input voltage range of 12-30V DC, with reverse polarity protection that prevents damage even when positive and negative terminals are incorrectly connected, ensuring compatibility with a variety of industrial power systems.

5 Gigabit


It provides 5 x 10/100/1000Mbps auto-sensing Ethernet ports, equipped with 8-pin locking GH1.25mm industrial connectors. Once securely latched, the connectors remain firmly in place even under vibration-intensive conditions. With support for Auto MDI/MDIX, the ports automatically detect and adapt to straight-through or crossover cables, enabling plug-and-play connectivity on site and significantly reducing commissioning time.


Two Operating Modes


· Client Mode: The device operates as a wireless client connecting to an upstream AP, while downstream wired terminals share the wireless uplink through the 5 Ethernet ports. This mode is suitable for scenarios such as AGV onboard systems and mobile surveillance.

· Client-Router Mode: Built upon Client mode, this mode enables NAT and DHCP services to assign an independent IP subnet to downstream devices. It is ideal for scenarios that require network isolation for downstream segments or connectivity to terminals across multiple subnets.


The two operating modes are software-configurable and can be switched without any hardware modifications. Additionally, the device supports static routing, facilitating integration with industrial terminals that use fixed IP addresses.
