Why must we adopt fully domestic components?
The discontinuation of a single imported capacitor could leave an entire production line without replacement parts two years down the road. An embargo on foreign switching chips will turn deployed equipment into isolated network nodes. Every component of the YN-IES107 is domestically produced. Its supply chain has undergone strict screening and validation, with no foreign-sourced materials used throughout the process. Designed targeting three harshest operating environments, including frigid outdoor sites, high-temperature workshops and strong electromagnetic interference sites, the YN-IES107 adopts six-fold protection design to deliver solid reliability:
· Ultra-wide temperature design: Stable operation from -40℃ to 85℃, suitable for extreme environments such as frigid outdoor areas, high-temperature workshops and enclosed cabinets.
· Full-range power protection: Supports ultra-wide voltage input of 12~60V. It features reverse polarity protection, short-circuit protection and over-current protection, with a 4KV surge protection rating. The module remains intact even under drastic power fluctuations or lightning induction.
· ESD protection: 6KV contact discharge, delivering excellent anti-static performance for frequent hot swapping and dry industrial environments.
· High-level EMC protection: Resists strong electromagnetic interference generated by inverters, high-power motors and electric welders. Ideal for power substations, welding workshops and industrial robot clusters.
· Fanless & silent operation: Adopts natural heat dissipation. It produces zero noise, prevents dust accumulation and eliminates failure risks from moving parts.
· Premium long-lifespan components: The PCB with electroless nickel and gold plating features superior corrosion and oxidation resistance. High-grade domestic long-life capacitors greatly extend the overall service life and reduce maintenance and replacement costs.

7 Gigabit Ports + 16Gbps Backplane: Compact module with exceptional throughput
The YN-IES107 is equipped with 7 auto-negotiating 10/100/1000Mbps RJ45 Ethernet ports, all supporting wire-speed Gigabit forwarding. It delivers a non-blocking backplane bandwidth of 16Gbps. Combined with store-and-forward architecture and a 2K auto-learning MAC address table, it ensures smooth operation without lag or packet loss even when multiple devices are connected simultaneously.
Each port supports auto speed negotiation and Auto-MDI/MDIX function. There is no need to distinguish between crossover and straight-through cables. Plug and play design greatly simplifies on-site cabling and commissioning.

PoE Version: Compliant with IEEE 802.3af/at standards, it delivers up to 30W output per port. A single Ethernet cable transmits both data and power. Ideal for deployment of IP cameras, wireless APs and compact sensor terminals. It cuts costs and simplifies wiring by eliminating separate power cables in security monitoring and outdoor low-voltage projects.
Standard Version: Designed purely for data transmission. It features ultra-low power consumption of only 1.5W at no load and minimal heat generation.
