Designed for Industrial Environments

This is a 5-port 10/100/1000Mbps non-managed Ethernet switch module specifically designed for industrial environments. It provides either five 10/100/1000Mbps RJ45 ports or four 10/100/1000Mbps RJ45 ports plus one SFP port. Strictly designed to operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, it utilizes industrial-grade components and adopts passive cooling to ensure long-term stable operation within this temperature range. With high-standard electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection design, it is suitable for harsh electromagnetic environments such as power systems and industrial plants.

It supports dual power inputs with redundant power supply, featuring reverse connection protection, short-circuit and overcurrent protection, as well as surge protection to ensure uninterrupted operation. Compatible with 48–57V power input, it adapts to various industrial power sources.

The PCB adopts electroless nickel immersion gold (ENIG) technology, offering superior corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and enhanced electrical performance. Startup Stability Performance Test

In terms of voltage testing, 25 power-off and restart tests were conducted at different voltage levels, including 9V, 12V, 24V, and 48V. Standard range uplink and downlink live network tests were 

conducted to simulate voltage fluctuations in a real-world environment, thereby rigorously testing the stability and recovery capabilities of the switch.

Strictly compliant with IEEE 802.3af/at standards, each port delivers up to 30W of power, with a total system output of 120W, fully meeting the power demands of all connected devices. Equipped with PSE-compliant protection mechanisms against overcurrent, overvoltage, surges, and short circuits. Each port features an independent circuit with a dedicated fuse, ensuring that a single port failure will not affect the normal operation of other ports.
