Designed for Industrial Environments

This is a 10-electric 2-optical 1000M PoE switch module designed for industrial environments.Adaptive 10 RJ45 outlets (8 of them support PoE power supply and comply with IEEE 802.3af/at standard) and 2 SFP outlets are provided. Strictly designed according to the operating temperature of -40~85℃, industrial-grade components are selected and natural heat dissipation method is adopted to ensure the stable operation of the equipment for a long time in this temperature range. High-standard electromagnetic interference protection design, adapting to various harsh electromagnetic environments such as power stations and workplaces.

Multiple Circuit Protection

Reverse connection protection, short-circuit over-current protection, surge protection, to ensure uninterrupted work of the equipment. Supports 12~60V input, 52V is recommended for PoE power supply, suitable for all kinds of industrial power supply.

Selected Industrial-grade Components, Greatly Reducing Equipment Failure

The PCB boards are made of electroless nickel, which provides high corrosion and oxidation resistance, as well as superior electrical performance. Highly redundant system circuit design to avoid sudden changes in the external environment affecting the normal operation of the equipment. Selection of high-specification, long-life capacitors greatly enhances product life.

Startup Stability Performance Test

In terms of voltage testing, hundreds of power failure restart tests were conducted under different voltage widths such as series 12V and single 12V, 24V, 48V, etc., which highly simulate voltage fluctuations in the actual environment, so as to rigorously check the stability and recovery capability of the switch.

Full compliance with IEEE 802.3af/at standards, with a maximum total PoE power budget of 240W

Strictly compliant with IEEE 802.3af/at standards, each port delivers up to 30W of power, with a total system output of 240W, fully meeting the power demands of all connected devices. Equipped with PSE-compliant protection mechanisms against overcurrent, overvoltage, surges, and short circuits. Each port features an independent circuit with a dedicated fuse, ensuring that a single port failure will not affect the normal operation of other ports.
