Spring is a sowing and seedling season of hope when everything comes back to life, yet in March this year, it seems to still carry the chilly cold of winter.

The international economy remains grim at the moment, as every industry is still confronted with challenges unseen before. With the growth and development of Yinuo-link, reform appears urgent and inevitable.

At the beginning of this year, under the leadership of general manager Xiao Liang, the company began to shift from extensive management to refined management. It is considered as an urgent task and beneficial move to fully improve our work quality and service efficiency in the context of new requirements. Through refined management, we can achieve more accurate, efficient, collaborative and sustainable results in our organizational management and improve the overall morale of all people in the company.

In early March, we held an unconventional meeting in which “attendants were encouraged to ask questions openly and freely and then the questions were discussed and solved one by one”. In this way, it had greatly shortened the meeting, improved the employees’ work efficiency and enthusiasm and solved the problems more effectively. Meanwhile, it had refreshed the employees’ spirit, optimized our work modes and laid a foundation for us to fulfill our tasks more smoothly in the future.

Other than reforming our management style, we have also been committed to improving our competitiveness through technological innovation. Since 2022, we have won another 16 patents and six software copyrights and released a number of new products into the market.

In order to provide our users with the most satisfactory product experience, our R&D team has made relentless tries and breakthroughs against all sorts of difficulties for more than two years. Finally, in early March this year, we officially marketed a number of user-friendly products with a stable performance, namely Y4-D AX1800 Wi-Fi6 4G/5G wireless router and 16 models of YN-SF105/SG105 series (100M/1000M) industrial switches.

In the new year, we will keep moving. Every stride we take will go closely after the changes of user demands. We keep experimenting and improving our products with an aim to provide the users with more diverse products. Adhering to the philosophy of “trying to develop quality products with solid efforts”, we will continue to develop new products and explore new markets to provide our customers with the best service experience and meet their demands in the future.
